Presidential Awards for Excellence in Mathematics Teaching
Nominations are now being accepted for the 2008 Presidential Awards for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching.
The PAEMST is this nation’s highest honor for teachers of mathematics and science. Complete information, nomination and
application forms are available at www.paemst.org.
Please submit a nomination for outstanding full-time public or private school teachers who:
- are highly qualified teachers in kindergarten through grade 6
- have at least 5 years of mathematics or science teaching experience
- hold a degree or appropriate credentials in the category for which they are applying (can be certified in elementary education )
