Connecticut Association of Mathematically Precocious Youth

In the spring of 1998, a group of teachers, parents, students, administrators and businessmen met and established the Connecticut Association for Mathematically Precocious Youth (CAMPY). The CAMPY organization was created to help meet the needs of mathematically precocious and talented students. Today Campy provides unique opportunities for over 400 students and chaperones.

Steve Leinwand, former Math Consultant for the state of Connecticut will be the keynote speaker and his topic will be"What Good are all those Math Smarts If you Can't Communicate What You Know?"
