Special Highlight: Presentation of the Betsy Carter Memorial Award to Charlene Tate Nichols

Agenda for the Evening:

4:30 to 5:00          Registration, Fruit, Vegetables, Cheese, Crackers, and Cash Bar

5:00 to 5:30          Presentation by Jennifer Michalek, CSDE Mathematics Consultant

5:30 to 6:00          Presentation of Betsy Carter Memorial Award for Mathematics Leadership to Charlene Tate Nichols (with her remarks to follow)

6:00 to 7:00          Dinner and Table Discussions:  

·       "What have you done in your school or district during the 2016-7 school year to support the recommendations in the Commissioner's Report?" 

·       "What are you planning in your school or district during the 2017-8 school year to support the recommendations in the Commissioner's Report?" 

7:00 to 7:45          Follow-up from table discussions, questions, and wrap-up

Dinner Buffet: Sirloin Tips, Cider-glazed Salmon, Chicken Florentine, Pasta Primavera, Waldorf Salad, Vegetables, Potatoes, Dessert, and Hot Beverages.
